Do you sell original artworks or prints?
We specialise in high-quality fine art prints. This allows us to deliver exceptional visual impact, museum-grade materials, and accessible luxury pricing.
Can I print my own image with Takker Gallery?
Yes — we offer a bespoke“Print Your Own”service where you can upload your own image and have it professionally printed to gallery standards.
What types of images can I upload for printing?
You can upload photography, digital art or illustrations. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images with good lighting and sharp detail.
Will you check the quality of my uploaded image before printing?
Yes. Every customer upload is manually checked to ensure it meets printing standards. If there are any issues with quality, we’ll contact you before production begins.
What paper and materials do you use?
All Maison D’Art prints are produced on premium 200gsm heavyweight fine art paper, selected for exceptional colour accuracy, depth, and longevity.
Do you sell framed prints as well as unframed?
Yes. You can choose between unframed prints or professionally framed artwork, ready to hang straight out of the box.
Will my print look exactly like it does on my screen?
We calibrate all our printers for colour accuracy, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings. Rest assured, we optimise every file for the best possible real-world result.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As most artworks are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12–24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, orders cannot be altered.
How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 2–4 business days, followed by delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your location.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
How is my artwork packaged?
Every print is professionally packaged using rigid, protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on standard art prints within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Custom prints created from your own images are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately— no stress, no delays.
